What happens when you delete your account?
- Your account and profile information will be permanently deleted
- All personalized stories and saved content will be removed
- Your subscription will be cancelled (no refunds for remaining time)
- Child profiles and their personalization data will be deleted
- This action cannot be undone
Data Retention
While most of your data will be deleted immediately, we may retain certain information for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution purposes for up to 30 days. Transaction records may be retained for accounting purposes as required by law. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
