Billing or subscriptions

Manage your plan (weekly, monthly, or annual) from your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Account & profiles

You can add, edit, or remove child profiles inside the app under Settings → Profiles.

Voice & privacy

Your voice sample is encrypted and used only to narrate your own stories. Remove it any time in Settings.

Delete your account

Request account deletion from our deletion page.

  • The email address linked to your Owly Stories account
  • Your device (iOS or Android) and app version
  • A short description of what happened and what you expected
  • A screenshot, if you have one
